Khruangbin at Rockin' at Buffalo AKG Art Museum
BY SHOLOME
Khruangbin performed at Rockin' at Buffalo AKG Art Museum in Buffalo, NY on May 29, with John Carroll Kirby as the opening act, and an unexpected fourth member.
The night began with John Carroll Kirby, which was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather. The concert was delayed by an hour because of the lightning, and during that time, it started to rain. To accommodate the waiting concert-goers, the museum opened its lobby, providing them with shelter from the downpour not knowing if Khruanbin will go on.
Despite the relentless rain, it didn't deter Khruangbin . After an hour-long delay, Khruangbin was finally given the green light to take the stage. As the band began to play, the gentle patter of rain provided a serene backdrop, almost as if the rain itself had become the fourth member of the group, enhancing the already majestic and groovy atmosphere. Despite the persistent rain, the crowd remained unfazed, immersing themselves in the music and dancing the night away with Khruangbin.
