MAX Brings “The Party” to Bowery Ballroom

On February 24, 2025, MAX turned New York City's Bowery Ballroom into an exciting celebration as part of his three-day residency for the “Live on Tour” series. This specific night, titled “The Party,” was all about high-energy hits and the signature showmanship that fans have come to know and love from MAX.
The night kicked off with two fantastic openers. Little Luna set the tone with a captivating set, even treating the crowd to a cover of Harry Styles’ “As It Was” that had everyone singing along. Ayumu Imazu followed, bringing next-level energy with his dance moves, getting the packed venue hyped and ready for MAX.
By the time MAX hit the stage, the atmosphere was amazing. From the moment he launched into fan favorites like “Lights Down Low” and “Stupid in Love,” it was clear he was in his element. His signature high kicks were on full display, and his band members matched his enthusiasm, dancing and feeding off the crowd’s energy. The Bowery Ballroom was packed, just as it was last year when MAX visited to promote Love in Stereo, but the friendly vibe made it feel like a giant singalong rather than just a concert.
The night reached its peak with “Mugshot,” his explosive final song. MAX went all out—bringing the openers back onstage, crowd-surfing, and even drenching the audience in water, ensuring the night ended on an unforgettable high note.
With an unbeatable setlist and nonstop energy, MAX delivered exactly what “The Party” promised—a night of pure joy and connection. If this show was any indication, fans in LA are in for an unforgettable ride.
